i found the location ideal, close to oxford street and an underground station. the room was clean and well kept. i appreciated the convenience of having tea and coffee making facilities. the gentleman at check in was helpful in explaining the keys and lights to me.

the hot water took a little while to run through the taps.

location's fine, room's another story

basement level uncleaned room

the location was pretty decent close to marble arch station. it's convenient if you need to get around quickly.

i found the room at basement level a real letdown. i could hear cars and people all day and night that was annoying. the room was not cleaned and towels were not changed i expected better.

The location provided quick access to Oxford Street. I found the check-in process easy to manage. Staff was also polite during interactions I had. The room offered a nice view.

I noticed peeling paint on the walls in the room I stayed in. This detracted from the otherwise well kept appearance of the space. this was a very small detail.
